This blog post contains a lot of images. It is best viewed on a desktop device.

HELLOO! Boy has it been a while since I’ve written something for this website! Ok, brace yourself for an ultra-fast life update. 3 2 1 here we go! So last December – also around the time I wrote the last blog post on this website – I finally decided to study Robotics at a graduate level and pursue the MS Robotics program at TU Delft. The last six or so months went by insanely quickly and had me running around – both literally and figuratively – trying to juggle work, projects, family time, personal time, figuring out travel specifics, accommodation, visa, et. Cetera et. Cetera et. Cetera. Even though I kind of like running around and being busy, now it’s time to chill.

Over the last few months, I found myself taking a weird amount of pictures. Not of myself – I rarely take selfies – but just pictures of random, semi-mundane things. This blog post is basically a picture gallery. If you’ve listened to that Ed Sheeran song “Photograph”, this is some sort of a blog post version of that. I’ll add little notes to provide context but that’s about it.

Also, I’m not and don’t claim to be a seasoned photographer. Though, I’m a firm believer in the theory that prolonged durations of eye-squinting and feigned artistic intelligence on the part of the observer can make any modest piece of art look brilliant. But to each their own. Enjoy!

Food & Restaurants

There's this restaurant called Andhikkadai close to the IITM campus in Chennai. It was very close to where I used to stay and I had about 70% of all my meals here. They have arguably the best South Indian food ever. I STRONGLY reccommend the Appams!

We discovered this random Parsi cafe in South Bombay. It had really fun vibes with the paintings and the jukebox and the vintage looks. The paintings are apparently original Mario Miranda pieces.

I've been to Bangalore quite a few times in the last year or so. I love the food, culture, and people of Bangalore.

Places

I'm a sucker for street art. This here is one of my favourite pieces of street art ever. You can find it in the main market area in Panaji, Goa.

This is a panoramic shot capturing almost the whole of IIT Madras. Its taken from the terrace of the Industrial Consultancy & Sponsored Research (ICSR) building.

South Bombay is awfully pretty.

South Bombay is awfully pretty at night too!

Secunderabad Railway Station (left) ; Mumbai Local Railways (top right) ; Kolhapur Airport (bottom right).

I have no context for this. They're just some random pictures of Hyderabad.

VIT Vellore is rarely ever this deserted. Although, the lack of people does make it look a little more scenic

Animals & Wildlife

One of the most fun things in IITM was the abundance of playful little cattos. Oh, the deer were pretty nice too.

Just a happy little pupper sitting on Marine Drive.

I'm going to leave you with this collage of the three most dignified gentlemen in Coonoor.
